Im feeling overwhelmed, and sad. Everything ever since i got my two chickens has gone wrong.
I found a little "farm" that sold chickens had good reviews, my mom took me thats how I got my two chickens.
I posted pictures in a previous thread, it turns out one is a rooster, first big heartbreak, I have to give him up, we are not allowed to have roo's where I live. They looked rough when I got them and I felt i had to save them (it seems it was my first mistake). They came with lice we treated them with permethrin, they were sneazing, we gave them medicine. She got better Now she has boogers and her beak looks bad.

She is 13 weeks old, she is eating fine, acts normal.
I took some pictures... not so good ones.
Can she be treated? What can I give her?

You learn from problems occurring with chickens. I wouldn't write off your hen, she mostly likely will survive. Just be observant of her daily activities.

As for the lice it can drain the chicken's health. So her immunity would be low. Making her susceptible to various infections. Time and attention is required for healing.

Provide vitamin booster and electrolytes.

You'll need to recheck the lice situation. You should probably disinfect her coop and bedding also.

Hi Milena! Welcome to BYC! A couple of questions what type of food are you feeding them? Where are they housed? What does her poo look like?
Hi, thanks for helping! I feed them Producer's Pride 16% Layer Poultry Feed and sometimes veggie scratch, depending what my mom cooks. Her poo looks normal, kindof firm not runny. I have a prefabricated coop with a run we put together for them, it can house up to 5 chickens. But I only have 2. I put pine shavings inside. Clean it every 3 days.
I let them out to free range when i come back from school and i can supervise.

Oh the lice... it was a big deal as my head was itching after cleaning the coop one day. My mom found one on me. Everyone in my house got treated, not only chickens (not with the same thing though! lol)
We used permethrin on the chickens under the wings, the vent, behind the neck. We sprayed the whole coop, where the coop was sitting and the new spot where we moved it. And did it again 5 days later...

At 13 weeks they should still get chick starter, once they get to laying age (about six months) they would be started on layer feed ❤️. I would give her nutri drench for 5 days on and 5 days off, also, if you can give her a a raw yolk every couple of days, it will boost her nutrition.

I have the same heart as you, I would rather take the unhealthy or runts and give them a chance 🥹
