Thank you all for your replies and information. I’ve owned chickens for 15yrs and this is a first time experience. I’ve been giving her poly-sol until the poultry cell is delivered- today.

Mareks usually strikes younger birds. You can get super b complex tablets at Walmart, Target or any local drug store for about $5. Riboflavin B2 deficiency can look like this, so i would give the B complex 1/2 tablet daily crushed in her food, a spoonful of water, or a treat for riboflavin. Lots of conditions (injuries, vitamin deficiency) can look like Mareks, so treating the b vitamins is good. Here is one at Walmart:
