chicken with swollen eye

have a chicken with a swollen eye.not dripping or no nasal drip or sneezing.eating fine and drinking fine. poo looks ok .all other chickens look fine any ideas

Flush it out with sterile saline (1/4 tsp salt in on quart boiling water for five min. and cool)...
there are specific eye ointments (and you should use only the ones specifically for the eye) which are medicated if an injury is suspected (but you will need to flush out each time first).
I would also give POLYVISOL (childrens liquid A-B-D vitamins) four drops in beak once a day for a week then taper off to address any eventual vit A deficiencywhich will often show with swollen eyes .
