Chicken with tilted head?

I have a 3-4 week old chicken that keeps tilting his head? He won't keep it straight it he just keeps tilting it? How can I fix this? What is wrong with him?2
I am not quite sure what kind of chicken he is.

Come on guys! He still tilts his head, He is eating and drinking fine but with his head tilted. Every now and then he straightens it out but if this can be fixed any advice would be appreciated!

There are diagnosis charts at the bottom of the page, but they describe a "twisting of head and neck."

I don't really think that is what you are saying, eh?
