I have a 1 and a half year old hen, this morning when I went to go let them out of their coop I noticed that her wing was drooping down. I checked her out and noticed she was very injured. Can this injury heal? It also smells quite bad. I did my best to disinfect it and there's also small maggots on her flesh.

I agree, I'd flush, flush and flush the wound to get the maggots off.
You can use soapy water, saline, etc. since this on the wing. Take tweezers and remove all the maggots you can. Do look under the wing for more injuries, all over just to be sure.

Once you have flushed all the maggots and crud off. I'd swab the wound with Chlorhexidine. Apply a thin layer of triple antibiotic ointment. You may need to repeat flushing again the next day or even later in the day.
Usually more maggots appear.

Likely getting all the maggots off and cleansing the wound, the odor will go away, but if it remains, then you are dealing with infection. Amoxicillin is a good choice to use for wounds.
