my chicken is about a year and half now. She was pooping out white stuff and both holes (one for eggs and for poop) were protrudin from her vent. I have picture if needed and I put her in a warm bath and hundreds of worms came out again I have a picture I fed her a dewormer what do I need to do this is really bad

Are you sure that they were not maggots that came out the vent? It sounds like your hen may have a prolapsed vent that became infested with maggots from flies laying eggs, known as fly strike. If so, you must try to get all of the maggots out by bathing her, and applying screw worm spray or permethrin to her vent area. Prolapse is hard enough to treat, trying to push the prolapsed part back inside, but her life may be in danger now. Can you post a picture? Normally with a prolapse you should apply honey or Preparation H to the tissue, and try to push it back in. Of course, without more information or pictures, I'm not positive about what is happening. What did you give her for worms?

Sorry that I can't tell if those are worms or maggots, but your poor hen has a bad prolapse. I've never seen both openings exposed before. I would apply some honey, Preparation H, or sugar to her vent to reduce the swelling, and lubricate the vent and try pushing it back inside. If it goes back in, then hold it there for a few minutes. Valbazen or SafeGuard liquid goat wormer or equine paste are very good wormers. Make sure that she is passing droppings by morning, and keep her away from flies while she recovers. Placing her in a dark room or cage for 16 hours each night will help to stop her from laying eggs.

what do i need to do about the worms? should i put it back in even though worms are in there.
