Chicken wobbling like a bobblehead toy?? help!!

So I noticed that one of my chickens is very unsteady. She cant stand up straight without falling over to one side. Because of this, she stayed in her coop all day and doesn't eat or drink. Her other symptoms are head bobbles/wobbles like a bobble head toy. She turns her head to see me but her head just wobbles, its almost as if her neck and head were drunk. Shes been like this for two days now, today being the worst decline in her health! She has no fever , doesn't sneeze, doesn't have any weird fluids coming out of her eyes or nose either. She is a year old chicken and never had any issues before. She doesn't have any other symptoms except the wobbling characteristics of her head and sitting all day. I'm worried this might be the Avian flu? or something similar? I really need help figuring this out plz!!

So, I don't know for sure but, from the research I can find, it seems like birds with similar symptoms tend to have vitamin deficiencies.
