Chicken won’t eat

Been 4 days since I gave them layer chicken feed from tsc but the hen (the one who gets picked on) eats it but I feel it’s crop still very flat? What should I do

Not really helpful information, hun, I don't know how big your bowl is.
A chicken eats approximately 4oz- 100g a day, is it at least that much?
It won't be full until night , they eat throughout the day to fill the crop and the digest at night. keep the bowl full and with her all day.

Check her before or as she is roosting tonight, her crop should be full then. It takes all day to get a full crop.
