Chicken won’t stop eating her own egg after laying

My 3 year old hen picked up this terrible habit of immediately eating her egg after she’s laid it. Not only do I not have many eggs now because of her it’s also concerning because I’d like to monitor her egg health as she’s getting older. I’ve tried fake eggs and that hasn’t worked because she’s only eating HER eggs, even if the fake eggs look exactly like hers. What else can I do??

What's her diet? Access to easy water? Fill some egg with yellow dish soap for her to snack on, ot will quickly solve the problem.
16% layer feed and yes, always. I feel like that would work but the issue is I have no eggs from her because she just eats them immediately. She lays it, gets up, immediately eats. And she’ll only eat her own

Do the eggs she lays have good hard shells?
I think so? Sometimes I’ll find the remains of the shell and it’s good and hard, I just toss the rest to the chickens so it doesn’t go to waste. It all started when she stepped on one of her eggs. I give them access to plenty of oyster shells for calcium so I feel like calcium deficiency is out of the question 🤔

Build or buy a rollaway nest box, where the egg rolls down a shallow slope as soon as she lays it, under a barrier where she can't get to it.
Are these easy to build? I’m a newbie and I’ve never built a thing in my life but I think this could be a good solution
Roll away nest boxes will stop the habit as she would no longer be able to reach the egg after laying it.
