Octavia, little black frizzled bantam, hasn't left the coop all day today. I checked her this morning for the usual egg they lay around that time and she seemed extremely hot under the wings. I went to check on her again a couple of minutes ago and she had moved spots but not left to scratch about in the yard. Her wattle is bright, and she drank when I picked her up and took her out, but her crop is empty. What's going on?
