Chicken zipped but not hatched 3+ hours

Hi everyone,
It’s day 21 and one of my chicken eggs has pipped and zipped however has not hatched. It pip this morning around 7am and now it’s zipped and it’s 4:30pm. I can’t hear any chirping or see it’s beak. Should I be worried? Suggestions.

Has it hatched? They frequently take a rest after zipping.

If it isn't out by now I'd peal the top shell off and gently pull it's head out, then give it more time to see if it will push out on its own.

I was advised to not let a zip stall for more than a half hour. I lost a desperately wanted Showgirl due to a stall during zip. After learning this, I was able to free a chick that had it's head shrink wrapped (unknowingly to me at the time) which caused it to stall for right at 30 minutes. I'm confident that I would have lost her if I hadn't intervened. I hope you're chick is OK. If not, don't beat yourself up. I know that is easier said than done but hopefully all is well
