Chickens and flash photography - not a good mix

I took some pictures of mine at night, but I did have a single bulb on (so I didn't kill myself getting in and out of the coop) so I guess next time prepare them by having a little light already on.

I'm traveling for work, so i can't post the pic until I get home. In any event, it's not that great, because the picture took before they fell off the roost, so it doesn't show anything. i wish I had it on video. That would be funny.
