My husband is an agronomist and is trying to kill our lawn to level and reseed it. Says to keep the chickens off of it a few days and it will be fine. Try to keep my birds off at least 72 hours and after a good rain. Does anyone have any input or knowledge on this? Please don't think badly of me for turning out my birds on chemically treated lawn. I really do want the best for them. Birds seem happy and healthy and like to be out of their pen.
