Chickens and Quail hanging out together, problem?

We have an aviary type coop, the chickens go in and out throughout the day. A few quail started coming into the coop and helping themselves to food, etc. Recently the quail have brought their new babies around and they all hang out together like one big happy family, even taking dirt baths together. Anyone ever heard of this? Should I be concerned about any transfer of diseases? I was just enjoying the sight of them all together (didn't even know quail take dirt baths) but now I am wondering.
