EXCELLENT suggestions. I wish my coop was in the shade, unfortunately, it was my husbands old shed ;-)

I do LOVE the frozen block idea! I'm going to try that one..

So unseasonably hot already! Can you imagine what August and Setpember will be like? The sauers are a good idea. Also, what about the frozen water in milk jugs too? I am freezing one now, and will put it out for them tomorrow. I feel so bad for the girls.

LOVE the frozen soda bottles idea! Our coop is in the shade, pretty much our whole yard is, but it's still super hot here in Carolina. Going to try it and I think they'll love it.
