i have outside pens that i keep my meat roosters in their stationary i ended up puting horse stall matts on the floor of pen it helped with the muddy floors but we have been getting so much ran at a time that their bedding is soaked and their pen is jus wet will this cause dieses or anythang do i need to watch anythang i will clean the pen out tommaroe as soon as the rain leaves as we are spose to finnaly have a week of DRY weather!

What I have done in this situation is to just pile in the straw to create a dry place for them. That is, of course, only if your pen is tall enough to add much bedding. To answer your question, yes I would have concerns and get them on dry ground asap. The less time they spend in wet conditions the less chance you'll have a problem. Good luck!

i keep my runs covered with tarps - can get them at a flea market pretty cheap - at least it stays dry in the middle of the run . I ve always heard that wet or damp means a possibility of more sick birds.
