chickens and zebra finches together?

Hi chicken people,
i live in australia and have three feathered ladies in a good sized coup about 4 by 3 metres and 2.5 high. someone has offered me some homeless zebra finches. could they share withe chickens or would this cause trouble. Any thoughts?

Not sure about your question, but my initial thought was that zebra finches are so small the chickens may eat them. On the other hand they probably could get away from the chickens. So I guess I'm no help at all.

I've had zebra finches, it might work if they have plenty of high space to live and fly in. I don't remember my finches being on the ground very much.

Are your chickens completely confined? If they are then it should work but finches are very small and could slip out of any hole in a coop or run pretty easily. Then they'd most likely just fly away never to be seen again.

I don't think there would be fighting or anything like that. I just think the finches will poop on your chickens.
