So I have 13 chickens ( Rhode Island Red x Leghorn x Black Maran ) that hatched on April 9, 2022. I have them in a large sized kiddie pool with a heat lamp and food and water. They're going to their original owners home in 6 days from now. The chickens are jumping out and pooping every where, but I'm not fixing a whole new place for them because they're leaving soon. ( Also, I don't want them to go outside unless the owners say so and I don't want to put them in a dog cage or something. A whole new set up isn't necessary when they're leaving in less than a week and know how to jump out.) My problem is that they're teaching my 4 ducklings how to jump out and poop everywhere and they're getting too crazy. I have 4 roosters out of the 13 chickens I have. My ducklings are about 3 weeks old from when they hatched. They're getting so crazy and big. Not looking for any answers to anything, just talking about their silly behavior. Here's some older pictures of them as little babies-
