chickens are laying on ducks eggs

hello,
I've got 5 chickens and 2 ducks and a drake and one of my females have played fertile eggs but the duck isn't laying on the eggs the chickens are and i thought it was normal because the chickens and the ducks are close and the ducks basically take care of the chickens and are the boss of them but i was wondering if thats normal that the chickens are sitting on the eggs

Chickens are great for hatching duck egg. So yes it's normal.
