Crumble and layer mash is the other twoWhat other two?
Layer feed, scratch and what else?
Layer mash is just powderized corn we get at a produce storeSo the crumble and layer mash are both nutritionally complete feeds?
The feeding instructions on those will tell you that they are complete feeds and not other supplements are necessary and if feeding scratch grains, they should be less than 10% of the total intake.
Grains range from 8-12% protein and low on some essential amino acids. Layer feed is usually about 16% protein. Adding the two may drop protein below what is needed for ovulation.
So it isn't layer mash. Finely ground corn isn't layer feed, it is just corn.Layer mash is just powderized corn we get at a produce store
Is it crumble or pellet? Those are two different things.Crumble is brown pellet like stuff that is for egg laying
