Chickens are sleeping in the nest boxes

I have eleven chickens and 4 nest boxes and plenty of roosting 2x4's.
they are all sleeping in the nests.
What can I do??

make shure your roosts are a good bit HIGHER than the nest boxes.They WILL go to the highest roost.& leave the lower boxes be
