Hello everyone! My husband and I got our first few little chicks in July, and we LOVE them! I did so much research before we got them; yet, I'm still always looking up information and learning new things. I found myself exploring this website many times, so I figured I better join since I plan on having chickens as long as I am able to.

I am very sad though... we got two Easter Egger's that were straight run, and I think they are both roos... but we are still holding out hope for hens so that we can keep them.

Look forward to more exploring and learning!
