Chickens arrive April 15th, so a newbie in every way!

Hi!

I moved out of the city over 5 years ago and live on 2 acres in Muskoka (Ontario Canada)

I have always wanted to get chickens, and then my neighbour (who has 30) asked me to chicken sit and now I am hooked.

My partner and I have designed the coop, and will start building the middle of march. I have 12 Red Stars coming. Now just getting friends and family to collect their egg cartons.

Farm Fresh Eggs seem to be going for $3.00 and that is what I will charge and already have about 5 families that have said they will buy from me.

I am so excited...might just lay an egg myself!

I have so much to learn!
