I never knew that I knew that they fly but not that they ate flying bugs that is neatIt should just clip the wing so no one flys over the fence. Muscovies love to eat bugs that fly.
put one extra foot of fence on top but make it slanted inwards like those high security fences you see in the movies also put more thing of interest in the run itself that should distract your two houdinisMy current problem is 2 of my 16 can jump the 2 foot fence surrounding my garden and tear up my beds. Two of which I just planted greens, peas and onions. Now I don't know what will come up and what wont. Their wings are clipped but these two must have springs in their feet. I have now covered the two planted beds and am thinking of adding another two feet of fencing on top. Any thoughts?
Have a great day.
Thanks Chicken Scout I will give that a try. I like the string Idea. I live on a 1/2 acre so they have plenty to keep them busy when not in the run I would think.
Have a great day.
