I recently noticed one of my four chickens showing signs of gapeworm. Shes been treated and doing well. However when I brought her back out to the others they violently attacked her. I was told I cant put her out there now because they will most likely end up killing her. Is this correct? Is there a safe way to reintroduce her?

You're going to have to do see but no touch. Put her in a dog crate in the run or otherwise in a separated area where the others can see her but not get to her and let her spend days out there for a week or 2 and then let them mingle. If they still attack her, separate and do see but no touch for another week or 2

My chicken, who has been with the same chickens since birth is now being attacked on her head by another chicken. How can we stop this? We tried chicken jail for about 8 hrs a day.....didn't work. Eating plenty.....very good food.....she's just being attacked by a bully

You would ideally keep the bird jailed for about a week or 2. How big are your coop and run for how many birds?
