Chickens attacking each other?

All my hens are attacking each other. They were all fine and good. But now they are attacking each other. For the past couple of weeks I have noticed missing feathers on their necks. I have no idea why. One hens combs starting bleeding today.

Over crowding? I have noticed with our birds, multiple flocks- 150 birds average) Not enough feed space, water space, or cramped living quarters will insite fighting, ALSO no roo in the coop will also insite some fights, When we were re-rooing (starting over with new bloodlines) we had lots of fights, but now that the three boys have grown up, life is smooth and comfy in the pentatentary.

Good luck oh, and sometimes you just get some fussy hens that are top of the PEcking order.
