Chickens comb not growing?

My little chickpea is 3 months old going on 4 but I’m not sure chickpeas comb is growing at the rate it should chickpea still has one pea on top of her head just curious if the comb is growing to slow also if you have an opinion on if I have a hen or a rooster that would be much appreciated

Golden laced wyandottes have rose combs, which develop differently from single combs.

The bird's comb is fine.

I’d would go with rooster he has saddle feathers

Yeah but i had a SLW that looked like him when he was young but grew up to be a too be a rooster
