Chickens covered in poo around bottom

We have buff orps too and when they get bad we give them a "spa day" similiar to a post above but I just hold them gently in a warm, shallow sink and let them soak (while I support them well!)- As others have posted, they look wonderful for a couple of days, lol.
 
I have a buff brahma she is a very placid bird. Today I had to dip her bottom in warm water in kitchen sink and pick the dingleberries from her feathers.
She even let me dry he a little bit with a towel.
No Cutting here but it seems to be happening every 2 weeks
