Silkies are very prone to wry neck sometimes it is brought on by a head injury but, in this case I think it's nutritional. Get some polyvisol infant drops(NO IRON) at Walmart, etc. Give 2 drops 3 X per day. Just put them inside the beak so if the bird doesn't want to swallow, she won't choke on it.

You can also poke a hole in a vitamin E capsule and give a few drops of that on food, your finger or anything they will take it from.

You really want them to start eating, sometimes they like a finely chopped grape, or finely mashed egg yolk moistened a bit with plain yogurt. If you add a little sugar to water they may drink that too. You really need to keep them hydrated.
