Try to get some silkies or cochins. They're great and faithful setters. Once they're on, it's like they are superglued to that spot. I have one cochin who's still faithfully trying to hatch a golf ball. She actually hatched a chick earlier, but I had to move her down from her box so the baby wouldn't fall out. She wasn't willing to stay grounded and kept going back to her nest box, so someone else got to be the proud mama. She's just gonna have to be content with her golf ball.
