Chickens don’t go outside

So.. after having my new chickens for about a week and after 4 days of antibiotics (coryza), I see 3 of them look healthy and the one that was weaker is still weak. I guess that’s a matter of time. But what I wanted to ask is if it’s normal that they don’t want to go outside their mini coop during the day. They just don’t want to move. But then at dusk they’re more active and I see them running and well, acting like chickens. My other chickens go outside in the morning and they spend all day outside.
Do you think their behavior will change when I mix them with the other hens I have?

Chickens that aren't feeling well feel vulnerable and won't want to venture out from under cover. This is pure instinct. They know that they need to be able to move very quickly if a predator shows up, and chickens recovering from illness won't feel like taking any risks until they feel 100%.

Send them outside then shut the door so they can't get back in. You can put both their waterer and feeder out there as well.

This is normal behavior, and they just need to get used to the new world and everything it has to offer. Everything can be frightening to them.

Thank you guys, maybe I should wait to shut the door so they get used to be outside until they finish the antibiotics, so minimum 3-4 more days.
