Coccidiosis 2 years ago, and I treated them with that.

I really would try to get a necropsy performed by the state vet if another one dies. There are so many reasons for an ill chicken, and hard to narrow down with many different symptoms.

I agree with this. Get in touch with your state department of agriculture and ask where you can to send birds for a necropsy.
