Chicken's face swollen Please Help

My Plymouth Rock hen has a swollen black face. As I only got chickens half a year ago I have no idea what this is. She was a really healthy chicken before she went broody, she went broody in January and hatched 7 chicks. I will attach a photo of before her broodiness. But now after hatching chicks she is much smaller and lighter which i expected but something is wrong with her face.

She does have healthy behaviour, she is eating and foraging.

I would look for symptoms of fowl pox, or poultry ticks on your chickens. Pox can cause some of the lesions around the eyes, and poultry ticks may cause some of the bruising on the face. Here are some links to read:
