is there a chance she could be hiding the eggs from you somewhere? her comb looks awfully red to not be laying

If she has not started laying yet, and is not acting sick, she's almost certainly not eggbound. An eggbound hen will be a very sick hen, it can kill them. I lost a cockatiel to it years ago, we couldn't get the egg out and she was extremely miserable for two or three days then fell over dead.
