I have some EE's and SLW - hatchery stock - between 4 and 6 months old. I do know the hatch dates of each one if needed. They are laying really well. Eggs are still a little on the small side - but are getting bigger. I also have a blue laced red wayandotte bantam - hatchery stock - hatched 3/15- who is the cutest little bugger ever. He has been breeding my standard hens constantly and I've been seeing lots of fertile eggs. He's not aggressive at all.
I need to downsize some before winter. I am willing to sell - but would be more interested in trading. I am willing to trade several of mine for one or two.
Here's what I need (well, more like want):
Orpington roo - any color - non aggressive with people and not too annoying to the hens.
Jersey Giant roo - same as above
A pair of Marans.
Orpington hen(s) - blue, white, splash
I anyone has any of the above let me know. Healthy birds only please. All my birds are healthy to the best of my knowlege and have been treated with 2 doses of eprinex just in case. They are eating mainly layena pellets, free ranging, and lots of goodies from the garden.
