Chickens from another home - should I be worried about disease?

I got a few chickens from a neighbor, I have them quarantined in another coop for now. What should I do to make sure they don't have any diseases and should I get them vaccinated for anything?

Keep them quarantined for 2 weeks minimum. If there are any signs of diseases, you’d see them by the end of the quarantine. Other than that, not much else to do so you can make sure they’re healthy.
