Chickens grooming each other?

Hi all. I noticed the other day that one of my girls was doing what looked like grooming another, but she was doing it to her hind end.... is this something to be concerned about? Should I check the chicken she was “grooming” to make sure she isn’t having issues?

In my experience grooming is generally conducted around the face/head/neck. I would check to see that the hen is not feather plucking/pecking.
