Hello, I heard that chickens can hatch pheasant eggs. I want to raise pheasant and i already have chickens but i think having the chickens hatching them would be much better than the incubator. last year i had my barred rock broody and she raised little chickens. Also i would like some people to post pictures of their pheasant run, but i don't want to keep them in a box or anything. ( like building or a coop) I want them to be outside the whole time, but i will put like bushes or something small for them to get shelter or protection from the sun, rain, or snow. also what are the space requirements for a ringneck pheasant? i have a 625 square feet of fencing, so how many will i be able to fit in the pen?

Thanks Chickenobsessed

A chicken can hatch a variety of eggs. For the size pen i think it is 25 square feet per bird you can search it in the pheasant threads of the forums .
