Chickens have diarrhea

My grandma has started feeding our chickens vegetables from our garden like kale and lettuce. Today I was watching them and noticed that almost every bird in the coop has watery diarrhea. Do you think these are related to each other

Yep. Stop the veggies and stick with layer feed for awhile in order to get their innards back to normal. You can give them plain boiled white rice to eat for a couple of days to help settle their innards, you can mix it in their feed if you wish.
