Chickens have gone mainstream!

I'm glad you pointed me to that. Now when someone is looking for an inexpensive prefab coop, I will just suggest Walmart. They are lower in price than other places FOR SAME COOP.
SOOOOOOOOOOOOO many here are of the opinion that ALL these prefab coops are JUNK. I disagree, but do acknowledge that you get what you pay for.
They do not realize that the peeps looking to start with chickens need something quick. Not all have deep pockets ether. They are not even sure they will be keeping chickens long term. Many of them are not able to build a coop themselves for countless reasons.
A prefab entry level coop is the immediate answer. Once they get their feet wet, and decide to expand, they usually get/buy/have built, a more advanced structure. Often times they just add on to their small coop to suit their needs.

Sams Club(same company as Walmart) was selling those tiny dollhouse/easy bake oven coops several years ago.
I noticed that the roof was corrugated metal no insulation and right over the head of the chickens. Easy Bake. It will make sure they are outside all the time. And they will wonder why they are laying their eggs on the ground. If they lay them in the nest box, they will be cooked eggs
