Chickens have mites-Limping Chicken

My chickens have mites and lice. I ordered Elector PSP, but it won't get here until Saturday. None of my local stores have it. I feel like a bad mom cuz Im not sure how long they had them before I notices. I have been giving them some egg for protein and iron. Any other suggestions?

Also, my boy Muffin (pictured) now seems to be limping. I can't see anything wrong with his leg. Could this be from the mites? What can I do for him?

You can use 5% Sevin garden dust for the mites. Most farm and garden stores should have it.
I can't suggest anything for the limp without knowing the cause.
