Chickens have worms and cocci?

I have found worms in there poop that look like this.

And I keep on finding poop that looks like this-

Any advice as to what I should do?

It looks like you may have round worms.
The red in the first picture may be intestinal shedding, the second yellow foamy is sometimes seen with worms as well.

For de-worming you can use Valbazen 1/2 ml orally and then repeated in 10 days for each chicken or Fenbendazole (Safeguard, Panacur) at 1/4 ml per pound for 5 days in a row.

I agree that yellow poop might be from worms.

do you know the dosage for panacur paste (900mg)?

Of course you will want to research it, but I believe paste would also be 10% Fenbendazole, the only "dosage" I've found would be "pea sized dollop".
