Glad to hear that she is doing better. Could others have kept her from the water, or is it too warm or flavored? Watermelon is very good to keep chickens taking liquids.

I just checked the chickens. The board enclosing her in the nest box was down, and she walked up to me looking perfectly normal!

I don't know. They have two waterers, but one of the silver grey Dorking hens is a bit of a bully. It might have gotten warm. I really don't know, but will keep a close eye on things. Just glad she seems to have recovered!
