Okay I need help!! What do I need to do in my coop or are they just overcrowded? Coop is 9 x 14.

I live in pa western pa.
These guys are panting while roosting. Temp outside and in the coop is the same at 75 degrees..there is 0 air movement tonight
They are fine all day long in the shade in the run and free ranging..
I hung a fan blowing towards them to try and cool them down.

What's the best way to add more ventilation that's easy to close up for winter?
Those triangle wall boards above the roosts - that are part of the pitch of the roof (my architecture words are failing me) - I remove those in summer on my coop, although my coop is taller. Hardware cloth must go up in their place, to keep out predators. I have a big pecan tree on the outside, keeps most of the rain from being a problem. You might think about trading out one of the doors for a hardware cloth screen door. Or you could consider doing something similar on your west wall, where the nest boxes are.
