Chickens in Seal Beach, CA?

I am relocating from Long Beach, CA (chicken friendly) to Seal Beach, CA, and am having a VERY hard time finding information on raising chickens there.
Does anyone know if it is allowed?
I am gutted at the idea of giving up my chickens
