Chickens in SF

My wife and I new newly into this - really still at the exploration stage. We're interested in talking with other people in SF who keep chickens. We've discussed our interest with our neighbors, who are concerned primarily with noise, odor, and sanitation. Anyone ever had problems with those issues? We're particularly interested in seeing coops and would love to drop by to have a look.

I live in the Excelsior district. We have two 1 weeks old chicks. They are brooding in our house for now. We have a few neighbors with chickens! You should be fine. Our chicks were raised from eggs and my kids love them! Welcome!
