chickens in the rain?

We have silkie hens and roos. They spent the last month or so inside and now have been outside for about 4 days. They are just too big for an inside pen now. My question is this, we are supposed to have wind, rain, some snow and maybe sleet tonight. Lows around 29 with 14 for the wind chill. Should we bring them in or leave them in the insulated chicken house w/ a heat lamp?

Thanks

Im in Washington too. it rains all the time and my 3 month olds are cool with it. the younger ones stay in the coop more. If anything, it teaches them that the coop is a better shelter than a bush and they know where they need to be in the bad weather. My cats and dogs have a harder time with the weather.
