Yup! That'll do it. Plus it kinda makes the soil a bit more acidic when it decomposes so it's good for mulching around acid loving plants, such as blueberries

How about some updated pictures of your BCM? I'm curious to see how they are starting to color. All of my dark chicks are showing way too much color, and the Penguins are starting to color in some, too. I would be curious to see how your roosters look in comparison
