Chickens jumping the fence!

Hi chicken lovers!

I have been having a problem with my chickens jumping the 4 1/2 foot fence we built. After clipping there wings, we only have one that can still do it! Does anybody have any suggestions? Please anything helps!
P.S.: I really do not want to put a net up!

It doesn't matter. .. just cut deeper and for more feathers... until she can't get out any more..

I want to clip my chickens put Im to scared.Help!

It's nothing to be scared of.... the feathers that you cut are like the nail or a human being or his hair... they wont hurt them at all..... just get a scissor and follow the wing clipping stages anywhere on google... it's so easy. ...

I only clip the feathers on one wing it works fine for my Golden Comets and my Delaware Rooster (Run is slightly over 4 feet high).
