and yes, you can scramble, shells and all, no salt, pepper, butter, or other seasoning, and feed them right back to your birds. Use a non-stick pan, no metal utensils (so as not to damage your non-stick). Or use well seasoned cast iron, and a bit of elbow grease when you are done.
My birds started back up with a bang, and some non-layers started for the first time, night about New Years. We keep about 8 dozen in the fridge at all times now, feed the excess back. Can't donate fast enough. 19 eggs on my "best" day. Now 11 on a low day.

But I'm sure if you said free eggs on a sign or on craigslist people would come for them. And giving to friends and neighbors is safer and I'm sure they'll appreciate it. Also, if you are worried your hens are using up too much clacium and protein you can give the eggs back to them. We used to let ours have a whole egg cracked on the ground raw, they never got sick or anything but this might be bad for them. You can always make scrambled eggs like others have said, and give them the shells seperate. Hens who are laying can always use extra calcium
